Enrollment forms for the 2024-2025 school year are now available. All returning and new students must complete an enrollment packet. Returning student enollment packets are availabe in both online and paper/pencil formats. All new student enrollment packets must be completed via paper/pencil.

Paper/Pencil packets may be downloaded and printed using the links below or picked up at the main office. Returning student online enrollment forms may be accessed from this page. A copy of a birth certificate and shot records must be turned it at the office for all students enrolling in a school for the first time. This will primarily be for those enrolling in pre-kindergarten or kindergarten.
