Whole Group Reading Text: “The life Cycle of a Sunflower”, “From Seed to Pumpkin”
Daily discussion: Describe setting, characters, and text features, & identify if the story is told in 1st person (narrator is a character in the text) or 3rd person (narrator is not a character in the story and does not use words like I and me), fiction or nonfiction.
