Discipline Plan:

colored dots will be placed in student’s agenda at the end of each day on the daily calendar in the back.

green dot = great day, I am very proud of you, will be rewarded

yellow dot = rules were broken, will sit out during classroom fun time if necessary

blue dot = behavior continued after sitting out, more sit out time will be applied will miss at least 4 minutes of recess.

red dot = bad day, parents will be called and we will discuss discipline options
